Management Team
Founder of Hans Jet and the wider Hans Cauchi collection of hospitality and lifestyle brands, channelling a passion for excellence into services that redefine luxury on every level.
Originally an Air Force and airline pilot, Eric discovered his passion for the Pilatus PC-12 over 25 years ago. After C-level roles at Comlux and VistaJet, he now pioneers the membership market with Hans Jet. He holds an MSc and MBA and sits on the advisory board of several OEMs.
Over 20 years in aviation management. A former military leader, logistics professional and experienced CEO in the airline and ACMI industry worldwide, bringing strategic leadership and operational excellence to Hans Jet. Also leads several industry associations.
Sales Team
Leads the sales team with over a decade of aviation experience. As a PC-12 Captain, he brings first-hand insight into customer needs.
Trained as a pilot at Cannes Aviation Academy and flew the PC-12 for five years before moving into commercial development.
Over 20 years in business aviation, airline operations and hospitality, including flight support for a UHNW Boeing BBJ operator.
Started up a PC-12 and PC-24 AOC, then became Ground Operations Manager at a leading European airline before moving into sales.
Based in Malta, previously an OCC Officer and Flight Dispatcher at AirX, now in private aviation sales at Hans Jet.
Operations Team
Joined Hans Jet in 2024 with over 40 years' experience across multiple aviation disciplines. Having flown fighters and large jets, he now leads flight operations for the PC-12 fleet.
Joined Hans Jet two years ago with five years of flight experience aboard the Pilatus PC-12. With a warm welcome and a clean, well-organised cabin, she ensures every passenger feels comfortable, safe and at home.
15 years as an airline technical pilot, project manager and captain across various aircraft types, followed by 15 years in business aviation as Safety & Quality Manager, Director of Standards and Chief Pilot. Currently Captain on the G650.
